Your purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of sale which are shown below for your reference.
Installation
Any installation problems should be settled with the carpet fitting company you choose to fit the carpet. Should there be a material fault in the carpet supplied by us, please have your carpet fitter contact us immediately and prior to fitting, with the details.
Product Colour and Specification
Monitor and resolutions settings and variations in colour and surface texture of individual carpet rolls may not be revealed when viewing products on our website.

Our online collections are chosen from the most popular ranges in their type and products are subject to change. Manufacturers are continually updating specifications.
Pricing and Product Availability
We make every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur. As a result, prices shown on this site are subject to change until you have actually placed your order and it has been confirmed with the store.
Returns – Replacements – Cancellation
All orders from J & W Carpets Online website can be returned or exchanged up to 28 days from delivery provided they have not been cut or fitted and are in original condition. Refunds will be made within 7 days of goods being returned to us.
Should any carpet you receive have a fault and/or damage, please get in touch with your local J&W Carpets store prior to cutting or fitting either by yourself or by your appointed carpet fitter and we will arrange to have the carpet uplifted and replaced or refunded. We cannot accept a return and replacement of a carpet that has been cut or fitted.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in the first instance on 01698 372906, giving us your order number and name and address. A member of staff will assist you in processing your cancellation/refund.
The Legal bit…
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland.
We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
All dimensions are in accordance with British Standards 3655 (1974) +/- 1.25% in width and/or length.
Conditions of Sale of online carpet orders
On receipt of your carpet, please check it is the correct quality, size, pattern and colour as you expected, and free from damage and/or defects.
We cannot guarantee an exact match to any website representation photograph or on different rolls of the same model of carpet.
